International transfers
Hydrocycle operates in Israel and Portugal, and some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the one for Israel, or on other appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
